Wes Moore is a youth advocate, Army combat veteran, promising business leader and New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author of “The Other Wes Moore.”
Wes graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a degree in International Relations and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. Wes was a paratrooper and Captain in the United States Army, serving a combat tour of duty in Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division. A White House Fellow from 2006-2007, Wes served as a Special Assistant to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and was a featured speaker at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Following the White House, Wes became an investment professional in New York, focusing on global technology and alternative investments. He has been featured by “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Colbert Report,” “The Charlie Rose Show,” and People Magazine, among other media outlets.
